We would like to introduce a case of packing and transporting a spear and other artworks from a certain exhibition room in Tokyo to a museum located about 20 km away in the Tokyo area. Since the spear features mother-of-pearl inlay, we cannot touch the shell parts on the surface of the spear, so we used cotton bedding and special cushioning materials to pack the other parts.
