The "Dau Mixer" features a unique non-uniform speed dual-axis mechanism that enables self-cleaning to suppress adhesion growth (maintenance capability) and high uniform dispersion performance through differential speed between the two axes (productivity), allowing for efficient mixing and kneading even with highly viscous wet materials. The "Dau Mixer PX model," based on the know-how of over 2,500 units in operation, achieves advanced kneading and compaction effects with a two-row arrangement of forward and reverse paddles arranged in a non-uniform speed dual-axis mechanism (multiple patents obtained). This effect allows for efficient kneading and moisture uniformity of various highly adhesive materials, such as dewatered cakes and dry powders, which were difficult to handle with our conventional models.
