The SiC MOSFET developed independently by APS features high switching frequency, low on-resistance, excellent high-temperature characteristics, and high voltage resistance, making it a promising replacement for existing IGBTs and super junction MOSFETs. When used in high-frequency power supply designs, it can reduce system energy storage devices such as large inductors, large transformers, and large capacitors, thereby lowering system costs. The second-generation planar MOSFET introduced by APS supports the development trends of many applications, including high-efficiency and high-reliability solar power generation, wind power generation, new energy vehicles, uninterruptible power supplies, and server power supplies. The packages include TO247-3, TO247-4, and others.
