The WT2525VG-M model is expected to have a long lifespan due to its high strength compared to conveyor belts, contributing to a reduction in maintenance frequency. ■Features - The high friction of the rubber on the conveying surface makes it ideal for inclined transport. By integrally molding rubber onto the chain (two-color molding), transported items are less likely to slip off, allowing for transport at an incline of up to 20 degrees. Note: The maximum incline angle varies depending on transport conditions and specifications. - The adoption of a 100mm chain width makes it optimal for replacement from conveyor belts. - Reduction of transfer space. By installing a Φ50 round bar at the end of the conveyor, it is possible to minimize the transfer space. In this case, it will be a positive and negative bottom drive. Note: Please install safety devices (such as safety covers) to prevent entrapment at the joint section. - Can be combined with the WT2525-M model. This is recommended when you want to transport items caught by rubber at a slight incline. Note: Please contact us if you wish to do so. - Possible reduction in maintenance time. Since a pin + plug fastening method is adopted, chain splicing work is easy, allowing for partial repairs.
