The specifications include "Standard Series," "High-Function Series," and "Special Specification Series," and this time we will introduce the specifications that fall under the "High-Function Series." 【Features】 ● Chemical Resistant Specification (Y) Uses special engineering plastics. It shows strong corrosion resistance to many chemicals such as organic solvents, inorganic hydrochloric acid, alkalis, oxidizers, and acetic acid. It has impact resistance greater than the standard series. ● Super Chemical Resistant Specification (SY) Demonstrates even stronger corrosion resistance to highly corrosive chemicals than the chemical resistant specification. Effective against hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid. ● Conductive Specification (E) Has excellent conductivity and provides static electricity suppression. It suppresses electrical noise and sparks. ● Impact Resistant Specification (DIA) Designed specifically for dry conditions. It is resistant to chipping even when trays are dropped, making it effective for preventing foreign matter contamination. The friction coefficient is 1.2 times that of the standard specification. It can be used on gentle slopes under dry conditions. It is about 20% lighter than top chains made of polyacetal. ● Impact Resistant Specification (DIY) Suitable for both dry and wet conditions. It has higher impact resistance than polyacetal resin and is less likely to chip, making it effective for preventing foreign matter contamination. It excels in chemical resistance to cleaning and sterilization. It has non-stick properties that make it difficult for transported items to adhere, and it has better UV resistance than polyacetal resin chains.
