I will introduce the types and features of the Tsubaki plastic chain specifications (high-performance series).
Tsubakimoto Chain manufactures a wide variety of plastic chains and has received positive feedback. Are you struggling with issues like "conveyor belts have low durability and are difficult to maintain" or "I want a lighter chain than a metal chain"? We propose the use of our plastic chains as a solution to these problems.

basic information
The specifications include a "Standard Series" and a "High-Performance Series." Here, we will introduce five features that correspond to the "High-Performance Series." 【Features】 ● Heat-Resistant and High-Speed Specifications (KV) Can withstand maximum ambient temperatures of 150°C (Specification Code: KV150, for dry conditions only), 180°C (Specification Code: KV180), and 250°C (Specification Code: KV250). It has high flame resistance. It can be used at a maximum speed of 200m/min. It has chemical resistance. It is conductive and does not accumulate static electricity, making it suitable for preventing dust adhesion and sparks. ● Low Friction and Wear Resistance (HG) Improves wear resistance by 20% compared to Low Friction and Wear Resistance (LF) specifications. It effectively reduces line pressure and prevents scratches on transported items. It aims to reduce lubricants in beverage production lines. ● High-Temperature Specifications (HTW) Can withstand maximum ambient temperatures of 105°C. It has excellent chemical resistance. ● High-Speed Specifications (HS) Has a maximum speed of 230m/min (linear) and a high limit PV value. It prevents melting due to high-speed transport. For dry conditions only. ● Low-Temperature Specifications (LTW) Can be used in an ambient temperature of -70°C.

Detailed information
-
Platop Chain - A link where the top plate and chain part are integrally molded from plastic - Capable of linear and curved transport
-
Plamodular chain - There are wide types with a belt shape made by combining links in a brick-like manner and fixed-width types. - It can transport on a wider surface than plastic top chains and plastic block chains. - Options include closed type, open type, and net type.
-
Prablock Chain - Link in block shape - Ideal for transporting in small spaces - Reduces dead space and allows for smooth transitions - Compatible with straight and curved transport

Our company, as a member of the Tsubakimoto Chain Group, is dedicated to providing solutions that meet our customers' needs, focusing our business on three main pillars: chains, precision machinery products, and conveyor systems. In April 2012, we reorganized within the group, and our chain business restarted with a focus on the Tsubaki brand's top chain operations. In recent years, driven by energy conservation and cost reduction, engineering plastic chains have become widespread in various applications that replace traditional conveyor systems, with increasing demand not only domestically but also internationally. The need for products that can withstand harsh operating conditions is also growing, making it increasingly important to provide solutions through optimal products and appropriate engineering services. In this context, we have significantly revamped our structure to consolidate the group's strengths and enhance functionality and efficiency. Our production base, the Kuki Factory, underwent extensive renovations, greatly increasing production capacity, and we completed a new factory building in March 2013. We sincerely thank you for your long-standing support and ask for your continued guidance and encouragement in the future.
