AAV production, infectivity, Full/Empty ratio, and optimization of introduced genes require a lot of time. Additionally, during the formulation screening stage, many conditions need to be examined, such as different pH levels, salt concentrations, or additives. Our Unagi enables rapid and quantitative buffer exchange and concentration by pressurizing the sample solution on a dialysis membrane, allowing for the examination of numerous formulation conditions for AAV samples at once. Furthermore, Stunner can accurately assess AAV titer, Full/Empty ratio, and aggregation evaluation by simultaneously measuring UV/Vis and DLS in a high-throughput manner.
