Heating elements are embedded in all four sides of the ceramic muffle inside the furnace. As a result, the muffle furnace excels in temperature uniformity within the furnace and has the characteristic of protecting the heating elements from a stimulating atmosphere. Alongside these features, the smooth and almost lint-free muffle (fiber-insulated furnace door) demonstrates important quality characteristics in various ashing processes.
