* Maximum temperature 1100 °C or 1200 °C * Two-sided heating method using ceramic heating plates (three-sided heating in muffle furnace 001A24/11 to 001B24/12) * Ceramic heating plates with built-in heaters, protected from debris and exhaust gases; easy to replace * Insulation made from non-classified fiber material * Main body made of stainless steel rolled plate * High robustness double-wall structure to keep the housing at low temperature * Front-opening door (L) usable as a stand, or optional top and bottom sliding door (LT) at no additional cost; in the latter, the high-temperature section is located behind the user-operated door * Adjustable slit on the door (see photo) * Exhaust vent at the back of the furnace * Low-noise heating operation via semiconductor relay <Optional Equipment> * Exhaust duct with ventilation fan or workplace awareness exhaust gas purification device (excluding 001A1) * Temperature controller with adjustable cutoff temperature, compliant with thermal protection class 2 of EN 60519-2, for overheating protection of the furnace and workpiece * Protective gas connection for furnace cleaning with non-flammable protective gas or reactive gas * Manual or automatic gasification system * Process control and recording via Control Room MV software set
