Please consult us regarding the processing of thin materials such as films for purposes other than insulation. 【Main Processing Details】 ■ We can process materials into specified roll lengths with widths ranging from 5mm to 1,000mm using a slitter. ■ Cutting processes (up to 1,300mm) can be performed using numerically controlled cutters and cutting machines. The cutting machine operates with a dual pull drive system powered by two worm gears, allowing for excellent dimensional accuracy. ■ Punching processes (up to 600mm x 800mm) can be performed using molds and Thomson dies, and precise shapes can be processed with etching blades. ■ Our unique processing technology and know-how enable us to create products such as laminating double-sided tape and films using a laminating machine.
