This is a new electric furnace that eliminates the sample size limitations of tubular furnaces and the hassle of inserting partitions in muffle furnaces.
- Suitable for continuous operation at temperatures below 1000°C. - Perfect atmosphere control for an oxygen-free environment. - Rectangular chamber design accommodates a wide range of sample sizes compared to tubular furnaces. - Supports hardening, annealing, tempering, brazing, and sintering regardless of the presence of vacuum. - Vacuum, vacuum release, gas input, and gas output are configured with individual 4 ports. - Capable of creating multiple atmospheric environments (combustion in air, purging air and pulling vacuum, flowing in inert gas and sintering). - Optional mass flow controller allows for presetting of inert gas (98), enabling more accurate and responsive stable gas management. - Optional back pressure valve maintains positive pressure within the chamber. - Full configuration with mass flow controller, back pressure valve, digital vacuum gauge, and vacuum pump enables complete and precise experiments.
