Directly electrically heating Nb/AL composite wire! Uniformly producing long-length bcc phase saturated solid-liquid wire.
We would like to introduce our "Continuous Rapid Cooling Method for High Strength Superconducting Wire Manufacturing Equipment." This equipment features the direct electric heating (2000°C) of Nb/AL composite wire with a diameter of φ1.0 to 1.6m and a length of over 2Km inside a vacuum chamber, followed by rapid cooling in molten Ga at temperatures between 50°C and 150°C, resulting in the uniform production of long bcc phase saturated solid-liquid wire. Therefore, it can also be applied to the quenching of long wires for other purposes. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries. 【Features】 ■ Direct electric heating of Nb/AL composite wire with a diameter of φ1.0 to 1.6m and a length of over 2Km inside a vacuum chamber. ■ Rapid cooling in molten Ga at temperatures between 50°C and 150°C, resulting in the uniform production of long bcc phase saturated solid-liquid wire. ■ Can also be applied to the quenching of long wires for other purposes. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
