<Case Study> Company A had been using thin tubular cushioning materials and loose cushioning materials, facing the challenge of poor packaging appearance. Packwell proposed the introduction of "AIR SPEED SMART" by selecting appropriate packaging materials tailored to valve products. By standardizing the shape to air cushioning materials, we improved the packaging condition and suggested film materials with suitable strength to achieve a reduction in material costs, conducting transportation tests. Company B was looking for a bottom sealing machine that could address the issue of tape overlapping the printed areas when manually sealing low-height cardboard boxes with kraft tape, making the printing invisible. Packwell took the cardboard used by the customer and conducted verification and filming with the semi-automatic bottom sealing machine GT-50B + tape unit, suggesting that a tape with minimal overlap could be used. Previously, it took three people two hours to produce 1,000 cases, but after the introduction, it was completed in as fast as 66 minutes, achieving a maximum time reduction of 55%.
