This is a packaging machine that heat seals top films onto pre-made trays or product-specific trays. It supports modified atmosphere packaging, gas flushing packaging, and skin packaging, allowing for consideration of packaging specifications based on product conditions and required protective performance. It is suitable for electronic components, semiconductor-related products, precision machined parts, machine parts, metal parts, cutting tools, and component sets. The rigidity and support shape of the trays are utilized to support the products, minimizing contact between parts and movement within the packaging. The trays can also be used for stacking after packaging, storage in shipping boxes, and transportation between processes. We can propose pre-made and custom trays, top films, ease of opening, robotic loading, inspection, printing, and aggregation. The LIC (Local Innovation Center) at MULTIVAC Japan's Tsukuba headquarters supports packaging tests with actual products and sample pack creation.
