The Mulchback deep draw packaging machine is a continuous automatic packaging machine that forms the bottom film into a three-dimensional shape on the machine and seals it with a top film after product insertion. It continuously shapes the packaging from roll film and is compatible with vacuum packaging, gas replacement packaging, and gas-flushed packaging (seal only). It can be utilized for packaging industrial products such as electronic components, semiconductor-related products, precision parts, machine parts, and metal parts. Since dedicated pockets can be designed for each product, it helps suppress contact between parts, maintain their arrangement, confirm quantities, and fix the robot gripping position. Additionally, it allows for a wide range of considerations, including automation of the packaging process, inter-process packaging, cleanroom packaging, and in-house production of transport trays. At the LIC in the Tsukuba headquarters factory, packaging tests with actual products and sample pack creation are conducted. It also supports material selection, mold design, and line proposals that include upstream and downstream processes.
