It is a three-zone tube electric furnace with a hinged door, using a gas atmosphere.
Suitable for operation at temperatures below 1000°C. Built-in programmable controller. The double housing structure keeps the surface temperature low (29-30°C at 800°C). Excellent durability due to Kanthal heating elements. Suitable for gas exchange experiments. Lightweight and rapid temperature rise due to ceramic insulation material. Convenient design allows for easy sample set-up and removal. Built-in temperature controller capable of storing 5 heating programs (9 segments per program). Equipped with overheat prevention device / CE certified. Low noise and precise temperature control (±1°C) achieved through semiconductor-controlled rectifier (SSR) and program control. Tube sizes: diameter 50/80/100/120mm. Tube materials: quartz, ceramic, alumina, alloy. Also available in 300mm x 2 zone and 300mm x 3 zone configurations.
