We would like to introduce a case where we received a request from a customer stating, "The floor in the changing room of the large public bath on the premises has deteriorated over time and is becoming corroded and rough. At this rate, we don't know when the floor might collapse, so we would like to have it repaired urgently." As soon as we received the request, we visited the site with our partner company to assess the situation. Although the working hours were limited to 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM, the on-site work was completed in three days. Additionally, during the construction, it was discovered that areas other than the targeted location were also corroded, so we obtained the customer's consent and carried out similar measures for repairs.
