We received a request from a customer stating, "Recently, there has been a leak in the factory, and when it rains, the floor gets flooded. We can't figure it out ourselves, so we would like to ask for an investigation into the cause and repairs for the leak." We promptly visited the site and began our investigation in the attic. By tracing the water stains, we discovered that the leak was coming from the ventilation fan area. We focused our investigation on that area and identified that the deterioration of the caulking on the roof side was the cause. After the repairs, the customer mentioned, "It has rained continuously since the work was done, but there has been no leakage at all. Thanks to your prompt response, we managed to minimize the damage from the leak."
