It is a universal muffle furnace with four-sided heating and a swing door.
Suitable for continuous operation at temperatures below 1000°C. Ideal for general heating applications and ashing processes in laboratories. Achieves fast temperature rise and excellent temperature uniformity with four-sided heating. Equipped with a standard gas release function. The double housing structure keeps the surface temperature low (29-30°C at 800°C). Uses ceramic fiber classified as non-carcinogenic. Lightweight body makes it easy to move and maintain in the installation location. Realizes low noise and accurate temperature control (±1°C) with semiconductor-controlled rectifier (SSR) and PID control. Available for use in gas environments with an optional flow meter.
