Preventing operators from easily intervening! A case study of manufacturing from pipe frames to sheets.
To enhance the safety of the mixer and prevent operators from accidentally putting their hands inside, we would like to introduce a case where the entire mixer was covered with a vinyl sheet. To cover the entire mixer, we first used pipes around the mixer to allow the sheet to be draped over it. This way, even when the mixer is in operation, the vinyl draped over the steel pipes prevents operators from easily inserting their hands. Additionally, by placing the cover from a height above the mixer, we have filled the gaps that previously existed at the top.
