As it was an urgent matter, we visited the site the same day to investigate and address the issue. We emptied the cyclone and the associated piping to investigate the cause of the blockage. It was inferred that the raw material powder had adhered due to humidity because the line had not been operational for a certain period, which caused difficulties in proper discharge.
