[Parts Processing Example] Production of a Duplicating Measurement Table

We received a request from a customer stating, "The duplicate measurement table used in the inspection process is made of wood, but it is deteriorating. Is it possible to make the same thing?" Upon receiving the request, we checked the actual item and the drawings on site. Manufacturing it in aluminum or wood would be expensive and did not match the customer's budget, so we decided to produce it in steel. We discussed the finer details with the customer, and they requested that the handle be made of wood, and since items will be placed on top, they wanted a rubber sheet to be separately produced and attached to prevent slipping, along with a request for painting. We proceeded with the production according to these specifications.
