In Vol. 60, we examined whether there are changes in warping of ABS models due to differences in infill density. When it comes to materials used in FDM 3D printers, PLA and ABS are common. Among them, ABS is a material with excellent mechanical properties, but many may be troubled by the "warping of models" that becomes apparent when trying it out. One method to counteract warping is to "lower the infill density." By reducing the infill density, you can decrease the impact of thermal stress and suppress warping; however, it is also true that this can make the model's strength somewhat unreliable.
