The simple capper is a semi-automatic capping machine custom-made to suit your desired container, tightening torque, and work requirements. It can accommodate almost any container if the lid has a type that can catch on the edge. There are various tools available for tightening, including manual torque wrenches, electric torque drivers, air wrenches, air impact wrenches, and air pulse drivers. It can handle a range from low torque for small containers to about 3N·m for BIB containers and approximately 20 to 40N·m for 20L polycon and tamakhan containers. The resin fixtures attached to the end of the tightening tools are made using a special manufacturing method with a 3D printer, selecting the optimal material and shape. The produced fixtures have very high strength and durability. These fixtures secure the lid in place, allowing for the capping process to be carried out.
