Jig Area A spacious jig area of ⌀600X580 has been realized. *1 Furthermore, it can be expanded up to ⌀800 due to tool retraction and other factors. *2 This enables the mounting of large workpieces and long workpieces. *1. Interference areas may occur depending on tool length and diameter. *2. Tool retraction during B-axis rotation or limitations on tool length are required.
Space-saving While having a wide jig area and processing area, it achieves a compact size with a machine width of 1557mm and a depth of 2990mm. *3. This includes the coolant tank. *4. This is a comparison with a No. 40 horizontal machining center with a similar stroke.
B-axis table Equipped with a standard B-axis table that employs a roller gear cam mechanism, it achieves a high rotation speed of 100 min-1. The table, measuring 400 x 400 mm, can support a maximum load of 400 kg. It balances the ability to handle heavy workpieces and fixtures with high-speed performance.
30-tool magazine Equipped with a newly developed direct ATC system, this 30-tool magazine can accommodate a maximum tool length of 250mm, a maximum tool diameter of 125mm, and a maximum tool weight of up to 4kg, making it suitable for various machining tasks, including long workpieces.
High acceleration and deceleration spindle By using a low inertia spindle and a high acceleration and deceleration spindle motor, we achieve high-speed start/stop of the spindle.

Optimal machine design and high rigidity spindle We aim to achieve both high-speed performance and machine rigidity through the optimization of casting shapes using advanced CAE analysis. The newly developed spindle improves clamping force compared to the conventional SPEEDIO, and the high-torque specification spindle features the largest bearing diameter in SPEEDIO. This results in high machining capabilities, from high-efficiency processing to heavy cutting.
