Expansion of Z-axis movement amount By expanding the Z-axis movement amount and the distance from the top surface of the table to the spindle end face both upwards and downwards, we achieve a wider machining area and improved tool accessibility in the Z-axis direction.
Large cradle jigs can be mounted. Depending on the application, high columns of 150, 250, and 350 mm are available. Multi-surface machining of large parts is possible with a cradle jig that has a swing diameter of 540 mm.
Equipped with a 28-tool magazine In addition to 14 and 21 tools, it can be equipped with a drum-type 28-tool magazine that inherits high-speed tool change capabilities. It maximally accommodates full processing of large workpieces and small-batch processing of various types.
Non-stop ATC By accelerating and optimizing the activation/deactivation of the main axis, Z-axis elevation, and magazine operation, high-speed tool exchange is achieved.
