The main raw material is polyester with a thickness of 2 to 30 dtex, which is formed into a web using a carding machine. Multiple layers are stacked and then processed into non-woven fabric using a needle punch machine. The binder application amount ranges from 5 to 100 (g/m2), and by mixing various additives, different functionalities can be added.
