The IYP, which contains egg yolk antibody IgY, is available in liquid form, but it is mainly used as a light yellow "powdered ingredient." There is no problem taking it in powdered form as a food. As a note regarding the functionality of egg yolk antibody IgY, it is a functional protein, and it is not recommended to combine it with substances that inhibit protein function. For example, a representative example of something that inhibits function is "surfactants." Care should be taken as they are commonly used in toothpaste.
