We would like to introduce the "Mask Storage Shelf" designed and manufactured by Takaki Seisakusho. It features a fall prevention mechanism to ensure that photo masks do not accidentally fall. Even in a clean environment, photo masks can attract fine dust due to static electricity, so we have applied Teflon sheets to the base of the shelf to suppress dust. Additionally, the bottom and back surfaces are made of SUS round bars to minimize contact points with the photo masks, which is another notable feature.
