We would like to introduce the "Ultrasonic Testing Equipment Base Frame" that we manufactured. This frame has specific requirements for the parallelism and flatness of the surface, as well as dimensional accuracy concerning the diagonals, since parts and machine units will be attached to it. Therefore, we considered the distortion during welding and examined the welding process, and performed surface machining on the top and bottom using a gantry machining method.
