The "DPM/DPC Series" is a laminar flow meter/controller designed for measuring the flow of non-corrosive gases. It performs high-precision differential pressure measurement while simultaneously measuring temperature and absolute pressure, allowing for density correction. Therefore, the displayed and output values are converted to standard conditions (Standard: 20°C at 1 atm).
