We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a "die-cast product heat-resistant belt conveyor." Die-cast products are typically around 400°C when removed from the die-casting machine, so stainless steel mesh belts are commonly used for transportation, taking heat resistance into consideration. However, in cases where there is concern about scratches on the products or for high-precision and high-design products, mesh belts may be avoided, and heat-resistant belts like the one used in this case may be employed. In this instance, we created a heat-resistant belt based on "SWM" using aramid fibers.
