Bushings are often made of highly abrasion-resistant urethane rubber. They are initially molded into rough sizes and then finished through machining.
This is a process where urethane rubber is poured into a mold and solidified, followed by machining with a lathe or router end mill. It is particularly excellent in wear resistance and weather resistance, has very strong tear resistance, and also possesses oil resistance, making it suitable for outdoor use and machine integration. It has a wide range of hardness, typically from 50° to 90°, with a proven track record in processing.
