This is a machining of urethane with a relatively high hardness of 80°. Grooves are cut using milling, and it is used as a fixture with a pressure plate.
A hardness with some flexibility is required, so urethane 80° was used. The advantage of urethane is that it has the flexibility of rubber even at high strength. In the case of flat shapes, it is cut from standard sheet material and then processed.
