Since CR40° does not have block material, it will be produced using compression molding. Shapes that are difficult to achieve with machining may be possible to produce with compression molding.
The 40° grade of neoprene rubber is synthesized from the material mixing. Compression molding requires the use of molds. In mass production, the product unit cost can be reduced through efficient mold forming.
