Teflon has excellent chemical resistance, electrical insulation, and heat resistance, with a water absorption rate of 0%. It is the representative of fluororesins, having the least friction among all substances and being difficult for anything to stick to. The recommended temperature range for use is -100°C to 260°C, and the maximum operating pressure is 1 MPa. We also accept water jet processing in various sizes and quantities. Due to its difficulty in adhesion, it is joined using helicoils and countersunk screws.
