It is suitable for shape confirmation before the construction of mass production molds for plastic injection molding and rubber molding. The materials are polyurethane and silicone. Hardness can also be selected.
Before transitioning to mass production of plastic injection molded products and rubber molded products, do you have any need to create a few pieces for shape confirmation and assembly verification? If it's just one piece, a 3D printer would suffice, but if you require a larger quantity of prototypes, it may incur higher costs and take more time. With vacuum casting, it is possible to produce molds for casting at a low cost and in a short period, making it an effective processing method when producing a few to several dozen pieces needed for prototypes. Of course, it depends on the application, but it can also be used as a real product. You can choose from two materials: polyurethane elastomer and silicone rubber. - Polyurethane elastomer is available in hardness levels of 0, 7, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, and 90. - Silicone rubber is available in hardness levels of 40, 50, 60, and 70. - The casting sizes can be up to 900mm in length, 900mm in width, and 600mm in height, or 1400mm in length, 1400mm in width, and 300mm in height. Depending on the lot size and shape, we can also propose machining or molding using simple molds, so please feel free to consult with us.
