We received a request from the North Kanto Parts Factory to develop a device that circulates high-temperature corrosive liquids and inspects the internal corrosion of products connected during the process. The control system requires a heating function (to stop and maintain at a specified temperature), liquid level control, and the ability to set up cycle operation (such as an 8-hour cycle count). We proposed and were accepted to provide a compact device that incorporates these features into a cart. Devices that require corrosion resistance and heat resistance, like this one, are our specialty. Please feel free to consult us.
