【Tabletop Simple Inspection Device Features】 The device integrates an inspection mechanism and image processing software, making it easy to use even without specialized knowledge. In the demonstration we will be showcasing, we are assuming a metal part with holes, such as a hex nut. The outer circumference of the inspection work and the inner circumference of the holes can be inspected using a single camera positioned directly above. Typically, for inspecting the outer circumference of a workpiece, it is necessary to install the camera at an angle or horizontally and rotate the workpiece 360° to inspect the outer circumference. However, with the inspection machine being showcased this time, a special lens captures the entire outer circumference in a single image, allowing for instantaneous inspection. Since there is no need to rotate the workpiece, it enables a reduction in inspection cycle time.
