Our company was founded in 2010 and has recently celebrated its 10th anniversary. Over the past decade, the introduction of IoT and M2M, which originated from Germany's Industry 4.0, has progressed, but we are still often asked how to make use of the vast amounts of data collected. The keyword is "realization" that truly benefits the field. We are promoting internal reform through four projects to practice "collecting ⇒ viewing ⇒ analyzing ⇒ utilizing" data at our customers' sites. Our approach does not start with the introduction of IoT; instead, we begin with hearing our customers' challenges. Rather than big data, we carefully select and collect data that is deemed necessary, starting with one process and then expanding to the next process, which we recommend as a small start.
