We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the CRM/SFA "e-Sales Manager" at Sagami Chemical Metals Co., Ltd. The company had been able to plan for achieving their goals, but the efforts of the sales team were not translating into sales, and they were unable to analyze the reasons for the lack of sales. After the introduction of our product, the "causes of poor sales" were visualized from the accumulated and shared project and customer information, as well as analysis data. This led to an increase in orders through the implementation of effective improvement measures, which in turn boosted the motivation of the sales representatives.
