[Mitarepo] Challenging ABS Modeling! What is the Power of the Carbon Composite Printer "Anisoprint Composer"? | System Create
"Mitarepo" is a series that introduces what can be done using various products with the concept of "I tried doing this!" From the wide range of product genres handled by System Create, we deliver useful information each time. In Vol. 68, we tested how beautifully we could create a print using only the resin nozzle of the carbon composite printer "Anisoprint Composer" with ABS FDM printing. The Composer, which allows for the incorporation of carbon fibers inside the print model, is also appealing because it allows for the free selection of commercially available materials. By being able to handle various materials, it enables flexible operations tailored to different applications, such as using long fiber carbon or typically using resin materials. For the first challenge, we decided to print using ABS, which is known for its tendency to warp. "Can it really create a clean print?" "Is there a difference in the print model compared to other FDM machines?"
