Hygienic movement of workers to different production lines! Installation of guard panels to prevent contact with walls.
We would like to introduce a case study of Marushin Foods Co., Ltd., for which we undertook the design. The facility features a production line primarily focused on the manufacturing of Marushin hamburgers, alongside parallel lines for gyoza and fish sausage production. Access to each clean area is provided via a dedicated corridor on the second floor, while exit routes are established from the first floor. The interior has a high volume of pallet transport, with sufficient corridors for platters to move freely, and guard panels have been installed to prevent contact with the walls. 【Overview】 ■ Location: Moka City, Tochigi Prefecture ■ Construction - Architecture: Shimizu Corporation - Equipment: Shin Nippon Air Conditioning ■ Total Floor Area: 5,957.03 m² ■ Structure and Scale: Steel structure, 2 stories above ground *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
