Removable without removing the rail! A case study of a mechanism that leaves no impact noise or residue.
When closing the sliding door, if done with too much force, not only does a loud impact sound occur, but the door can bounce back, creating a gap. To address this, SKB has combined two different actions, "deceleration" and "retraction," using an oil damper and a tension spring to enhance them into a comfortable series of movements, all within a single unit. Additionally, it can be installed on a compact rail with a small cross-section of 28×24mm, achieving stylish details that do not obstruct the interior. With our "soft close mechanism," there are no impact sounds or leftover gaps when closing or opening. 【Conditions and Issues】 ■ When closing the sliding door, if done with too much force, not only does a loud impact sound occur, but the door can bounce back, creating a gap. ■ There is a risk of pinching fingers. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
