Csa DNA polymerase is an enzyme that can be used in the LAMP method. The LAMP method is a technique for amplifying and detecting target DNA or RNA in a short period of time.
This product is an enzyme that possesses 5’→ 3’ DNA polymerase activity and strand displacement activity, capable of synthesizing new DNA strands while dissociating the hydrogen bonds of the double-stranded DNA template.
