Operation is possible on desktop PCs and laptops. Control of complex mechanical systems such as online light landing and gantry control is also easy.
Equipped with the Cosmotex product 'PMC842SR'. It has a lineup of 2-axis to 4-axis configurations, and the motor control functions are equivalent to those of a PCI board. You can select the optimal control mode according to your usage purpose, equipment specifications, and software development environment. ■API Mode This mode has pre-built API structures for operational parameters and functions. It includes standard features such as speed and movement amount settings, gantry control, arch motion, and vibration control, making it easy to use. Additionally, sample applications with source code that can be operated in real conditions are provided. ■Buffer Mode The USPG-R series frequently exchanges data with applications. In this mode, based on the API mode, you can send a certain amount of motion data created on a PC to the board in advance, enabling continuous operation. Furthermore, in this mode, operation is possible even if the USB cable is not connected during operation.

Products such as appearance inspection devices, jigs, and inspection equipment for tabletop use, which are difficult to accommodate in desktop PCs due to space constraints, are being adopted in space-saving designs.
Detailed information
-
The online soft landing function is a feature that applies two-axis interpolation control, allowing for speed reduction settings at the moment of placing materials onto a pallet or when pressing them. It can be implemented with a relatively simple configuration of about 2 steps (as noted in the Sample GUI).
-
Timing output function using interpolation tables. It can manage general output according to position information, making it usable as a trigger for camera shooting or other actions.
-
Continuous interpolation control can be achieved with three parameters: the target coordinates on the X-axis, the target coordinates on the Y-axis, and the arch motion radius. It has been converted into a sample function as arch motion instead of continuous interpolation (as described in the Sample GUI). It can be applied to coating control and vertical operations, among others.
-
By applying interpolation control, the Y2 axis is set to be linked to the Y1 axis, allowing the Y2 axis to automatically follow by issuing commands only to the Y1 axis alone. Sample function has been created (as described in the Sample GUI).
