The "EX Series" has been equipped with "API Mode," allowing for the flexible combination of five expansion modules according to customer requests. "API Mode" transforms commands for operating the motor control LSI into API functions, consolidating operational parameters and functions into predefined API functions. In addition to speed and movement amount settings, the EX Series can achieve the same functionalities as the USB-compatible motor controllers of the USPG-R series, including gantry control, arch motion, and vibration control.

The "PXEP-CN," dedicated to EtherCAT communication, is a multifunctional motion controller equipped with Cosmotex's proprietary pulse generation software "PGS." It has supported VC++, C#.NET, and VB.NET, but for the first time in Cosmotex products, it now supports Python, providing a language file for users. This makes it a more user-friendly product.
