◆ The center of the lower shaft (dish shaft) is aligned with extremely high precision to the axis core of the upper shaft (kanzashi) for all axes, even after moving vertically, horizontally, and at an angle. (There is very little axis difference and machine difference.) ◆ Therefore, it is possible to achieve the same precision under the same conditions even when transferring the lens along with the jig to other axes. ◆ Our developed (patent pending) fixed dimension device allows for management of center wall thickness to ±0.01 at mass production levels.
