Learn the basics of LGBTQ+ and case studies! SOGI Harassment Prevention Training Course
We will explain the basics of LGBTQ+ and SOGI harassment prevention measures in an easy-to-understand manner with examples! Available for one month through on-demand streaming!
In April 2022, the Comprehensive Promotion Law for Labor Policies, commonly known as the Power Harassment Prevention Law, was fully enacted, mandating that all workplaces must respond in accordance with the law. The guidelines of the "Power Harassment Prevention Law" explicitly state that SOGI harassment and outing are also considered power harassment, requiring companies to implement appropriate measures and necessary systems. To ensure correct responses before issues escalate, it is essential to thoroughly understand the daily workplace environment and legal guidelines regarding SOGI and LGBTQ+, as well as to have a proper understanding and approach based on case law examples. In this course, we will invite experts on harassment to provide clear explanations based on case studies. 【Overview】 ◆ Date and Time: Zoom Live Lecture: November 14, 2023 (Tuesday) 14:00 - 16:00 (2 hours) WEB On-Demand: From November 16, 2023 (Thursday) to December 15, 2023 (Friday) (1 month) Available for repeated viewing during the period.
