The motor controller function "Interpolation Control Function" delivered by Cosmotex.
This is the "Interpolation Control Function" available in the series equipped with the unique development of Cosmotex, 'PGS (Pulse Generation Software)'. Within PGS, interpolation data can be recorded up to a maximum of 5000 steps, allowing for changes to the interpolation data during operation, modifications and corrections to the target position, and temporary pauses in interpolation operations at any time. Additionally, it is possible to restart from a pause and switch interpolation axes (from XY axis to XZ axis). ■ Types of Interpolation - Linear, circular, and elliptical interpolation, helical interpolation, 3D interpolation ■ Others - Speed/acceleration time can be overridden during step switching - Up to 8 sets of interpolation patterns can be executed simultaneously - Up to 5000 steps can be executed (total of 8 buffers) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
